Denso spark plug gap chart
Sep 01, 2007 · dude , first , lose bosch platinum plus, I know , they cost a lot , get a good AC Delco , Motorcraft or Autolight , my choice is NGK BPR6ES in a 454 bored .060 = 468 cid 13.5 :1 all MSD, racing fuel only, pro/street camaro , I have seen to many skips ,pops ,misses with the fancy plugs, stick with the basics , get the right heat range is the most important thing with any plug you use though.
I did not get a chance to remove a spark plug to examine condition and make & model of spark plug. From all of the reading I used to do for over 10 years on Toyota 4-Runner/pickup dedicated discussion sites (Toyota Nation and about 4 others) I learned that for a Toyota vehicle Denso and NGK were the best tune up parts specially spark plugs.
This is a table of equivalent metric and imperial plug gap settings - useful if you have imperial feeler gauges and a metric setting (and vice versa). Many parts by NGK and Denso are suffixed by a number (e.g. -11, -13 etc.) these numbers actually specify the factory preset gap setting as 1.1mm, 1.3mm etc.
